How to Convert video files on Mac OS X?

Step 1: Source Setup

Download and run iFunia Video Converter Pro for Mac, and click Add…button to select videos. iFunia Mac Video Converter supports most of the popular HD video formats including wmv and mov.

Advanced: Edit, crop, trim video files(optional)

Video editing is built-in this Mac Video Converter program. If you want to personalize the video, you can double-click the video or click Edit button to step into Video Edit window. Here you can trim , crop, add watermark and apply special effects.

To crop video
Check Enable Crop check box, you can adjust the height and width of the video to set crop area size, or manually by dragging the central handle and surrounding handles in Original Preview pane to adjust the crop area.

To trim video
Click Set Start Point button to set the start point in the playback. When the file jumps to the end point you want, click Set End Pointbutton to get one segment. You can also move the right and the left markers of the seek slider to choose a video fragment to be converted.

Based on the tips above, you can easily add watermark and apply effects to personalize your video. Two preview windows are provided for you to compare the result intuitively.

Step2: Destination Setup

After you finish video source setup, you can select an output format for each video file and specify a directory on your computer to save the output files. In the left-hand section of the video converter interface, select the right preset for your device in the drop-down menu. With the personalized profile provided in iFunia Video Converter Pro for Mac, you can easily select the format according to the device name, even if you don't know what formats your device supports.

The default setting works well. Of course, if you don't want to use the default video and audio encoding settings, just click the Settings button to customize these settings.
